Welcome to the Shreeji Dry Fruits mobile application (the "App"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Shreeji Dry Fruits ("we," "our," or "us"), a proprietorship firm established in 1984 and operated by Mr. Jaysukh Thakrar, located in Kandivali West, Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the App.
You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are using the App on behalf of a business or organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
To access certain features of the App, including placing orders, you must create an account. You agree to:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain inaccurate information, are used fraudulently, or violate these Terms.
We make every effort to display our products accurately in the App, including descriptions, images, weights, and nutritional information. However, due to the handmade and natural nature of many of our products (particularly sweets and dry fruits), slight variations in appearance, colour, size, and weight may occur. Such variations are inherent to artisanal food products and do not constitute a defect.
All prices displayed in the App are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time of order placement. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors.
Product availability is subject to stock levels and may vary between our three store locations. Certain seasonal or festival products (such as Diwali gift hampers or Holi specials) may be available for limited periods only. We reserve the right to limit order quantities for specific products.
When you place an order through the App, it constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order at our discretion. An order is considered confirmed only when you receive an order confirmation notification from us.
We accept the following payment methods through the App:
All online payments are processed through secure, PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment gateways. We do not store your full payment card details.
If a payment fails or is declined, your order will not be processed. If money is debited from your account but the order is not confirmed, the amount will be refunded within 5–7 business days. Please contact your bank if the refund does not appear within this timeframe.
The App offers three delivery methods:
We aim to deliver home delivery orders within 2–4 hours of order confirmation. You can select a preferred delivery time slot at checkout. While we make every effort to meet estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to traffic, weather, high order volumes during festivals, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Risk of loss and title for products passes to you upon delivery. You or your authorised representative must be available to receive the delivery. If delivery cannot be completed due to your unavailability, re-delivery charges may apply.
You may cancel your order through the App before the order status changes to "Preparing." Once preparation has begun, cancellation may not be possible as our products are freshly prepared. If cancellation is accepted, a full refund will be initiated within 5–7 business days.
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns. However, we will investigate and resolve the following issues:
Please report any such issues within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence through the App or by contacting us directly.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. For COD orders, refunds will be credited to your App wallet or processed via bank transfer. Partial refunds may be issued at our discretion for orders where only some items are affected.
When using the App, you agree not to:
You may submit reviews, ratings, and feedback through the App. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use, display, and share your reviews on our platforms for promotional and informational purposes. You represent that your reviews are honest and based on genuine experience. We reserve the right to moderate, edit, or remove any user content at our sole discretion.
All content in the App, including but not limited to the Shreeji Dry Fruits name, logo (® registered trademark), product images, descriptions, design elements, icons, graphics, and software, are the exclusive property of Shreeji Dry Fruits or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any content from the App without our prior written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law:
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Shreeji Dry Fruits, its owner, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses arising out of your use of the App, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. Before initiating any legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes amicably through good-faith negotiation for a period of at least 30 days.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the App and will take effect upon posting. Your continued use of the App after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Shreeji Dry Fruits regarding the use of the App.
